Enhancements

Allow organisers to upload and resize images to 100 pixels high so administrator doesn't need to.

It would be good if organiser could reply to the entry confirmation email so it went to the entrant. Could be achieved by setting the reply-to address. ( currently they just go to system admin)

Make city mandatory - why ask for it if optional.

If players has no ECF code or PNUM, make club mandatory ( or club or city )

If players to not select a club and also do not have a rating code, then force them to select a club. But add a search club function because selecting from the large list is difficult on a mobile. 

Would it be possible to have a smaller selection list of regions (ecf clubs ending in *) or Chess Scotland clubs ending in resident (eg Edinburgh resident) ? Or should they be allowed enter a city instead.

If the system knows if they are a member or not. then they shouldn't need to select that they are ( or at least it should warn them if they haven't ). The problem is they might declare that they are a member when they are not and then join later - but maybe they should not be allowed to do this?

Allow users to select Mass eMail option with contact lists from one or more events , Not necessarily All events as some of the events may be related from a geography point of view etc. Also, to add email Id/s to contact list for cases where manual same day (of tournament) entries have been made for the event

For contact form emails put the senders email address into the message to avoid the organiser having to know they can reply to it. 

For emails sent to the organiser informing them of an entry set the reply-to address as the entrant, so that the organiser can reply to them. Also put the email address with a mailto link (as replying doesn't work for some people for some reason I do not understand! )

Free entry for IM or GM.

Specify section minimum rating bands as well as maximum, so that players whose rating is too low will not be allowed to enter
