- If the city, phone number or address fields are included in the entry form they are mandatory
- bug fix - some new entrants were not being automatically added to the mailing list
- bug fix - if DOB zero, don't put 1970
- add style for centred text
- bug fix - new congress reports were being created with wrong HTML setting
- refactor rating list loading code and speed up the load of FIDE ratings
