- After login, if user is an owner of any organisation, direct to Organiser page
- Organisers page has a list of users active congresses
- bug fix - section group not save if multiple sections selected.
- Remove multiple sections option, and just assume that if sections have different groups, then you are allowed to enter more than one per person.
- bug fix - was allowing entries after the closing date
- In Swiss Manager files, the system will always put FIDE rating in the Rtg_Int field, and national rating in the Rtg_Nat field. See help here for details.
