    CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

    • All players must be ECF Gold members or above or pay the game fee surcharge. Please register on the ECF website if not already a member. ECF Web Site
    • Once the entry form is filled in this website will send you to PayPal to complete payment.
      If you would rather pay via direct bank transfer there is also now an option for this.
    • Entries received after 18:00 Wednesday 21st May 2025, will require additional £5 late entry fee.

      Pairings

    • All boards in all sections will play using digital clocks at a rate of 15 minutes and 10 seconds added per move.

      Rating

    • The May 2024 ECF Rapid Play Rating List will be used to determine a player's rating.

      Other Information

    • Free ample parking, use the school playground.
    • Light refreshments will be on sale at the venue. There is also a nearby food pub "The London Bridge" which is a 5 minute walk away.

      Parental responsibility

    • Parents are responsible for their children during the tournament, the tournament arbiters and helpers are not to act as "In loco parentis" and are not able to take responsibility for any child's actions. Or for the actions of anyone that may affect your child.
